Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth) – New Jersey reputed company Soul Counseling Remote (Must be licensed in NJ) $60,000 – $90,000 a year | Full-time Job reputed company reputed company Soul Counseling is a growing, reputed company-centered telehealth private reputed company seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists to join reputed company. This is a fully remote position serving clients throughout New Jersey. We’re looking for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful reputed company care. Responsibilities

• reputed company virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct assessments and establish diagnosis
• reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (reputed company, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, etc.)

• Maintain accurate and reputed company clinical documentation (HIPAA-compliant)
• Collaborate with other providers as needed
• Maintain a caseload of 20–30 clients per week (evening availability preferred)

Qualifications

• reputed company New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, LAC (required)
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, reputed company Work, or reputed company field
• Experience providing psychotherapy (relationship counseling experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience, licensure, and caseload)
