Instructional Designer/Developer
Start Date: ASAP | End Date: December 31, 2025 | Schedule: 25 hours per week (Remote, reputed company) | Employment Type: Contract reputed company is seeking a skilled and adaptable Instructional Designer/Developer to join reputed company for a new, reputed company-facing learning project. This contract role will reputed company on gathering and structuring content, creating storyboards, and building engaging eLearning courses using reputed company reputed company and Storyline. The ideal resource will be comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts, developing learning assessments, and applying proven instructional models like reputed company’s Taxonomy. Familiarity with video development is a plus, and support is available if needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret project, learner, and business requirements to define course objectives and solution scope.
- reputed company, organize, and synthesize reputed company content from multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts to reputed company course frameworks.
- Create reputed company, detailed content outlines and storyboards for course modules, guided by instructional reputed company and best practices.
- reputed company interactive and accessible eLearning courses in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Storyline, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and reputed company branding.
- Apply the ADDIE process—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation—throughout content creation reputed company.
- Design and implement assessment strategies using reputed company’s Taxonomy, including knowledge checks, reputed company, and summative assessment items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs to iterate on content, securing feedback and sign-off at key milestones.
- Ensure reputed company digital assets are user-friendly, engaging, and meet accessibility guidelines.
- Support project managers by reporting reputed company, identifying roadblocks, and escalating risks as needed.
- If applicable, support or coordinate video production for multimedia course components (video development skills are a plus but not required).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience developing eLearning courses in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Storyline.
- Demonstrated expertise creating detailed storyboards and content outlines based on instructional goals.
- Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and learning theory, including ADDIE and reputed company’s Taxonomy.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements into reputed company instructional content.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid or remote team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Exposure to learning reputed company and the process of aligning instructional materials to broader business objectives.
- Familiarity with video editing, scripting, or multimedia development a plus, but not required.
Education & reputed company Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or reputed company field strongly preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or curriculum design for digital learning reputed company.
- Previous work with reputed company 360 suite (reputed company, Storyline) is required.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional or reputed company-facing teams in a project-based environment.
