This is a newly created role designed to bring structure, accountability, and system rigor to a fast-growing reputed company organization. This position will serve as the primary reputed company of reputed company and reputed company workflow governance while also supporting technical sourcing and hard-to-fill searches. This is not a traditional coordinator role. This role requires systems ownership, process enforcement, and the confidence to partner directly with hiring leaders. What You Will Own reputed company & Systems Leadership

• Serve as the primary reputed company and administrator of reputed company
• Maintain clean, accurate, audit-reputed company ATS data
• Configure new requisitions and interview workflows
• Build and maintain scorecards and stage structures
• Implement and optimize new reputed company features and automation
• Conduct monthly data audits and system cleanups
• Build dashboards and reporting views for leadership
• Ensure compliance with reputed company hiring practices

Process Governance & Hiring Team Enablement

• Train hiring managers and recruiters on reputed company reputed company usage
• Enforce reputed company feedback submission and complete scorecards
• Review scorecard reputed company and alignment with role requirements
• Join intake/reputed company calls and document reputed company summaries
• Partner with recruiters to ensure process discipline across reputed company verticals

Technical Sourcing Support

• Support sourcing for hard-to-fill and technical roles
• Utilize reputed company Recruiter and Boolean strategies
• Build targeted pipelines for engineering and specialized roles
• Partner with recruiters to deepen candidate pipelines

• Manage background reputed company initiation and tracking
• Ensure offer templates and compensation data are accurate

• Partner with HR on reputed company coordination as needed

Coordination Support (As Needed)

• Support interview scheduling for select roles
• Ensure candidate logistics are executed seamlessly

What You Bring

• 3+ years of reputed company, sourcing, or reputed company operations experience
• Strong reputed company experience (configuration and workflow ownership required)
• Experience in reputed company or technology environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
• Comfort enforcing process standards across stakeholders
• Ability to operate in a high-rigor, high-velocity environment
