The Role Our reputed company is seeking a skilled Residential Architectural Draftsman (RAD) to own the technical drafting and design support for their extensive renovation portfolio. The RAD is responsible for updating residential plans, developing floor plan reputed company during the due diligence phase, and producing detailed shop drawings and elevations. Key Responsibilities

Architectural Drafting & Design Support

Project Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinates with field project managers to understand structural limitations and functional requirements for interior spaces.

• Participates in design coordination meetings, identifying potential technical issues and proposing innovative layout improvements.
