Remote OT - School - $55.00/ hour
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for reputed company student. Minimum Requirements:
- reputed company licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of reputed company
- One (1) year of prior reputed company Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- Complies with reputed company relevant reputed company standards of reputed company
- reputed company CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- reputed company Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet reputed company federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
