[Remote] Provider reputed company & Credentialing Associate (Contract)

The Provider reputed company and Credentialing Associate will manage the administrative functions reputed company to reputed company and credentialing providers, ensuring compliance and operational readiness for high-reputed company patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end reputed company for new providers, ensuring reputed company setup across reputed company required platforms and systems
• Collect, reputed company, and proactively follow up on outstanding or incomplete documentation to maintain compliance and reputed company timelines
• Accurately reputed company, update, and maintain provider records in reputed company and reputed company, ensuring data reputed company and completeness
• reputed company providers in alignment with confirmed start dates to ensure operational readiness
• Manage and monitor credentialing applications to ensure completion prior to providers’ tentative start dates
• Create, update, and maintain accurate provider records and CAQH reputed company to support credentialing and payer enrollment processes
• Collaborate and coordinate with Hazels’ CVO to ensure that SLA’s are met and provider’s credentials remain compliant
