IRB and Data reputed company Contractor
About the Position reputed company is seeking an reputed company contractor(s) to reputed company IRB and Data reputed company services to reputed company. Expected hours/week will vary, with a higher level of effort required reputed company research proposals are due and reputed company are launched. reputed company anticipates being reputed company to work with a contractor to reputed company advance notice of upcoming reputed company of effort. Specifically, the contractor will:
- Review or draft (working from prior existing templates), Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) to ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company policies and requirements.
- As required for the drafting of DSAs, review reputed company relevant data reputed company policies and practices including federal, state, local and district level policies.
- Offer hands-on support to reputed company and individuals reputed company to Institutional Review reputed company (IRB) compliance, including but not limited to submissions, continuing reviews, reliance agreements, non-research determinations and other required materials. reputed company expert guidance and recommendations to DP staff regarding FERPA and COPPA laws to ensure compliance in our agreements and practices.
- Collaborate with the reputed company team on reputed company incidents as needed.
- Review and reputed company recommendations to improve data reputed company training for staff.
Qualifications
- At least four years of reputed company experience.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Experience with IRB practices and procedures.
- Experience reviewing and drafting Data Sharing Agreements
- Expert knowledge of best practices for the sharing and management of nonpublic personal information, especially student (K-12) data.
- Strong expertise in FERPA, COPPA.

Compensation
