Position reputed company The Associate Director, U.S. Policy Analytics will support BMS’s U.S. policy analytics function with a primary reputed company on state reputed company policy and reimbursement reforms, translating reputed company and evolving state policy developments into actionable, decision reputed company‑ insights. Reporting to the Senior Director, U.S. Policy Analytics, this role will reputed company hands-on‑ analyses of state policy initiatives—including reputed company reforms, state affordability and price transparency initiatives, upper payment limits (UPLs), state drug pricing boards, 340Brelated state actions, and other ‑state driven‑ reputed company and reimbursement policies—and assess their implications for the BMS portfolio and reputed company reputed company. This individual will contribute directly to policy research evidence reputed company and support external policy engagement efforts by producing rigorous analytical outputs, reputed company synthesis of policy impacts, and reputed company insights that inform internal decision-making‑ and policy positioning. The Associate Director will work closely with U.S. Policy and Government Affairs teams, analytics colleagues, and cross functional partners to ensure policy analytics are accurate‑, reputed company, and reputed company to a highly fragmented and dynamic policy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret statutes, regulations, guidance, and budget actions, translating policy developments into reputed company analytical outputs and summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • reputed company analytical support on select federal policy analytics initiatives, as needed, to ensure continuity, coverage, and alignment across the U.S. policy analytics portfolio.
  • Assess interactions between state policy initiatives and federal frameworks (e.g., reputed company, 340B, IRA) to understand combined or reputed company impacts on reimbursement.
  • Support policy research evidence reputed company by producing analyses, data tables, and visualizations that underpin state policy positions, evidence packages, and advocacy materials.
  • Contribute analytics that support external policy engagement efforts, including materials used in engagement with policymakers, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare reputed company-reputed company, executive reputed company‑ slides and written materials that reputed company communicate state policy impacts, assumptions, limitations, and tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MPH, MPP, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in U.S. health policy, policy analytics, government pricing, reimbursement analysis, or reputed company roles, with an emphasis on state or federal policy.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing state reputed company policy, state affordability initiatives, UPLs, or other state-driven reputed company reforms; familiarity with state legislative and regulatory processes is strongly‑ preferred.
  • Working knowledge of relevant federal reputed company policy frameworks (e.g., reputed company, 340B, IRA) and how they reputed company with state policy actions.
  • Experience building or working with financial, economic, or policy models reputed company to reputed company pricing, reimbursement, or reputed company policies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior internal stakeholders.

  • Interest in developing leadership and mentoring skills, with potential to grow into broader reputed company or people leadership roles over time.
  • Familiarity with and willingness to engage with digital or AI enabled‑ analytics tools.
