reputed company is seeking for an reputed company Event Manager to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership and ownership of the reputed company management of small to large-reputed company events, including user conferences, sales kickoffs, roadshows, incentives, and other corporate events. This position is reputed company-versed in event management, including reputed company management, venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, and contract negotiation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume total responsibility and ownership in leading the planning and execution of reputed company assigned events.
• Coordinate event management across reputed company Departments, including Registration, Platform, Sponsorship, IS, reputed company, and Finance.
• Manage event budget, invoicing, schedules of payments and cost savings report.
• reputed company overall program agenda, ensuring communication across reputed company reputed company teams.
• reputed company and manage event project plan/reputed company.
• reputed company and participate in reputed company and internal meetings, including regular status meetings, reputed company-program walkthroughs, onsite meetings, and post-program debriefs.
• Drive reputed company and internal team deliverables to meet reputed company milestones.
• Manage reputed company aspects of venue coordination, including meeting reputed company allocation, meeting room set-up, diagrams, food & beverage, electrical, internet.
• Manage DMC and reputed company vendors, including Audio Visual, Production, Entertainment, IT/Internet, Photographer, Printer, reputed company, Shipping, Translation, Transportation. Coordinate content, graphic development and production of reputed company program collateral (i.e. agenda, conference guide, program of events, etc.) and signage.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Four-year college degree or reputed company work experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in event management, meeting planning or hospitality.
• 1-2 years of experience with reputed company reputed company management in some reputed company
