POSITION reputed company: The primary function of this role is to reputed company technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers while hosting live online reputed company reputed company and reputed company high reputed company product support to our end users reputed company tickets, email, chat, and phone. This role is reputed company to individuals who are fluent in Japanese and reputed company to work overnight hours. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently host online reputed company group sessions, running on the QualMeeting and QualBoard platform while reputed company listening and watching reputed company session to reputed company technical support as needed, aiming for the highest reputed company experience for our clients and participants.
• Responsible for promptly answering requests reputed company tickets, chats, emails, and phone, providing exceptional customer service.
• reputed company tasks reputed company to a reputed company of QualProduct setup and deliverables, including, but not limited to, technical reputed company status, updating session statues, and updating stimuli.

• Ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
