Here’s what you would be doing if reputed company for the Senior Claims Specialist position. Your role would be to investigate and reputed company workers' compensation claims with high potential exposure. We take an extremely aggressive and proactive approach to claims adjusting and are looking for the person who not only knows their territory’s comp laws but also enjoys the role of putting that experience to good use. Responsibilities

Investigating losses Analyzing coverage, determining compensability and benefits Establishing reserves and negotiating settlements Conducting meetings on the phone with insureds and claimants Preparing large loss reports to both reputed company audiences Attending settlement conferences as assigned Working closely with defense attorneys and other vendors including medical case management, surveillance, etc. Physical Requirements Sedentary - requires prolonged sitting, reputed company use of computer Occasional Travel - may require overnight travel to tri-annual claim reviews and/or departmental meetings Qualifications 10+ years of workers’ compensation claims adjusting experience with higher exposure claims in reputed company and Delaware is required reputed company license to reputed company workers’ compensation claims in Delaware (or willingness to secure license) is required Strong consideration will be given to candidates with industry designations including Associate in Claims You must be a great communicator, in both written and verbal reputed company, and be reputed company to work with a reputed company of reputed company contacts #LI-StrategicComp Business Unit: reputed company Salary reputed company: $100,000.00 -$110,000.00 Benefits: We offer competitive benefits packages for full-time and part-time employees*.
