The agent works under the supervision of an insurance company or agency and receives a fixed salary with potential performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
• Present and explain insurance policies to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
