The Role

As a Customer Services Adviser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven background of working in a busy contact centre or directly with members of the public, both face-to-face and over the phone

• Experience of logging repairs and raising job orders for external contractors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
• Ability to work as part of reputed company and reputed company support to colleagues
• Basic IT skills, including reputed company Office and customer relationship management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience of working in a housing association or similar organization

• Knowledge of housing policies and procedures
• Experience of working with vulnerable adults or children
