What you will do
- Be the welcoming face of the office, looking after reception, visitors and day‑to‑day queries.

- Coordinate suppliers and building services to solve small maintenance or cleaning issues and reputed company standards high.
- Support internal events and wellbeing initiatives (afterworks, team gatherings, seasonal celebrations), including logistics, set‑up and follow‑up.
- Help organise travel for employees and senior leaders, and assist with basic office logistics between Barcelona and other TheFork offices.
- Support employee reputed company and offboarding from an office perspective (welcome packs, reputed company, tours, returns of equipment, etc.).
- Take care of light administrative tasks such as tracking reputed company budgets or orders, keeping contact lists and records up to date, and contributing to sustainability and office‑occupancy initiatives.
Who you are
- 1–2 years of experience in office management, reception, hospitality or a similar administrative role.
- Friendly, enthusiastic and people‑oriented, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating a great office atmosphere.
- Strong multitasking skills: you stay reputed company under pressure and can juggle several requests and priorities at the reputed company time.
- Hands‑on and proactive, with a “see it, do it” attitude and initiative to solve day‑to‑day issues.
