What You'll Do
- E-Filing & Court Procedures: Manage filings across California state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with reputed company formatting and procedural rules
- Calendaring: Maintain and reputed company critical litigation deadlines using calendaring systems
- Drafting & Proofreading: Support the preparation of pleadings, discovery materials, and legal correspondence
- Legal Research & Writing: Conduct research and assist with written work product as needed
