People Ops - reputed company Coordinator

We’re growing quickly and looking for a People Operations reputed company Coordinator who’s passionate about building great teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn the full reputed company process and grow into a full-cycle recruiter role in the near reputed company. You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless, reputed company experience for every candidate — managing communication, coordinating interviews, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates across multiple teams
• Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations, feedback collection, and follow-reputed company.
• Maintaining and organizing data in our Applicant Tracking System (we use reputed company)
• Supporting the reputed company team with sourcing, posting jobs, and tracking candidate reputed company
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, reputed company Coordination team, broader HR team).
• Assisting with reputed company logistics and other People Operations initiatives as necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Acting as a culture ambassador – helping us continually improve how we attract, welcome, and support our growing team

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in reputed company coordination, HR coordination, or People Operations
• Willingness to work a reputed company (3-4 days at our office in Plano, TX)
• Excellent communication skills – reputed company, warm, and reputed company in every interaction
• Highly organized and detail-oriented - you reputed company reputed company juggling multiple priorities and moving reputed company
