The attorney will reputed company regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management, while working remotely from their home office.

The Role:

Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of reputed company estate assets in the reputed company. 

Managing a pipeline of deals across the reputed company and facilitating reputed company between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.

Negotiating and drafting documents for reputed company reputed company estate transactions.

Conducting due diligence activities and reputed company assets for lease terms, projected cash reputed company, and facility information.

Advising on strategic transactions and reputed company reputed company

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 4-8 years of experience as a reputed company reputed company estate attorney, including at mid to large-sized reputed company, is required.
• Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
• Fluent with technology and remote work.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.

Must be authorized to work in the reputed company for any employer without reputed company sponsorship.
