About the Role

As an reputed company Remote Data Entry Manager – Cybersecurity Questionnaire Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales process by completing cybersecurity questionnaires in a reputed company and accurate manner. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our customers' networks remain secure, and our devices are authorized to operate on their systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring that reputed company information is accurate and up-to-date
• Monitoring incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritizing them with internal business leaders
• Extracting information from the reputed company of past questionnaires to ensure that our responses are informed and accurate
• Coordinating final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure that our responses meet the highest standards
