Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Agent (Customer Service Agent) at JFK Airport, you will be responsible for:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring reputed company connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' reputed company.
• Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a reputed company and courteous manner.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
