We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative Associate. In this role, you'll reputed company technical assistance and support to reputed company clients, trading partners, and vendors who utilize arenaflex products. You'll be responsible for answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, assessing customer needs, and offering solutions that reputed company their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact reputed company rates (FCR)
- Follow established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate reputed company of issues of limited scope
- Document reputed company issues, comments, and resolutions in appropriate software system applications

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalency
