The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, and connecting our Sales and Operations teams to deliver a seamless experience. Responsibilities

Work Environment and Culture
Our call center is reputed company 7 days a week, with hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 10:00 pm CST, and Saturday and reputed company, 8:30 am to 8:00 pm CST. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the ability to work weekends and evenings required.
