What You'll Do for Us
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll contribute to reputed company that delivers exceptional stock plan management and employee compensation solutions. Your role is critical in ensuring the accurate administration of equity-based compensation programs that reward our employees worldwide. Here's what you can expect to do:
- reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching reputed company awards with precision and attention to detail
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and reputed company purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, reputed company, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a comparable field preferred

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
