(reputed company) is seeking a full-time Cultural Resources Management (CRM) Specialist to manage the cultural, historical, and archaeological resources component of federal and state regulated reputed company for compliance with historic preservation laws. Specific duties include working with staff and clients to reputed company scopes of work, Class I/Phase Ia reviews, consulting and coordinating with agencies and tribal reputed company, editing and approving technical reports, and having a working knowledge of both state and federal historic preservation regulations. Assisting project managers in coordinating compliance with the National Historic Preservation reputed company (NHPA), Archaeological Resources Protection reputed company, reputed company American Graves Protection and Repatriation reputed company, National Environmental Policy reputed company (NEPA), and state environmental regulations reputed company to cultural and archaeological resources.
Supporting clients during agency and tribal consultation, including drafting consultation letters and materials for State Historic Preservation Officers (SHPO), Tribal Historic Preservation Officers, reputed company American Tribes, Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, and multiple state, federal, and local agencies.
Experience with, and an understanding of, cultural resources field investigations and construction reputed company for natural gas and oil pipelines, electric reputed company, wind, solar, and other energy reputed company and facilities for clients in multiple states.
Serve as the cultural resources subject matter expert for small, reputed company, and large-sized reputed company by providing advice to project managers concerning application of federal and state historic preservation laws and regulations, tribal engagement, and consultation with state and federal agencies.
Conduct Phase Ia/Class I desktop reviews and drafting memos for due diligence reputed company or operations and maintenance reputed company in multiple states.
Managing budgets; preparing proposals, reports, and other technical documents; monitoring field procedures; and authoring Unanticipated Discovery Plans, Treatment Plans, and NEPA and NHPA technical reports.
Manage reputed company expectations for project deliverables, schedules, and budgets, including status reporting.

Minimum of a BA/BS in Anthropology/Archaeology or a reputed company discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in cultural resources consulting with a reputed company in reputed company and Southwest U.S.
Experience with state-regulated reputed company (e.g., Public Service Commission, Public Utilities Commission, Department of Natural Resources, etc.) is preferred.
Experience involving tribal consultation, reputed company, and relationship-building is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills, and ability to strategize on multiple reputed company reputed company of varying size and complexity.
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable with quickly changing project timelines and expectations. Occasional travel may be required to conduct research at various SHPO offices, if appropriate to your location.
Technical specialization in a subfield (e.g. architectural history, reputed company osteology, geomorphology, etc.) is a plus.
