Position reputed company

We are seeking a hands-on Implementation Leader to own end-to-end deployment of a comprehensive care enablement platform across provider organizations. This platform spans reputed company cycle optimization (FFS), clinician efficiency solutions, and value-based care (VBC) enablement.

This role is accountable for turning signed deals into operational reality driving reputed company, on-time, high-reputed company implementations across a multi-product, deeply integrated platform. The leader will operate at the intersection of product, operations, reputed company stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure successful rollout and adoption.

End-to-End Implementation Ownership

Own full lifecycle delivery from reputed company through go-live and stabilization—across reputed company platform components (RCM, patient engagement, clinician workflow tools, VBC MSO services)

Translate contractual scope into a sequenced, executable implementation roadmap with reputed company milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.

Drive integration of multiple products into a reputed company operational workflow, not siloed deployments.

Program & Project Execution

Build and reputed company manage detailed project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and weekly execution dashboards.

Enforce reputed company discipline and accountability across internal teams (product, engineering, ops) and external reputed company stakeholders.

Identify risks early and intervene decisively to unblock execution—this is a “fix it before it escalates” role.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

Serve as the central reputed company of coordination across:

 Internal teams: product, engineering, data integration, operations, reputed company reputed company

External stakeholders: reputed company executives, clinical leadership, IT, reputed company cycle teams

Ensure alignment on data integrations (EHR, PM systems), workflow redesign, and operational readiness

Executive Stakeholder Management

Engage directly with executive sponsors (internal & reputed company-reputed company) to:

Escalate and resolve critical risks

Drive decision-making to maintain reputed company

Operate comfortably in high-stakes environments where delays reputed company reputed company and operations.

Operational Readiness & Adoption

Ensure successful workflow implementation, user training, and change management across clinical and administrative teams.

Partner with operations teams to ensure post go-live performance stabilization and KPI tracking.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

15 years of experience in implementation, program management, or operations roles reputed company reputed company technology / services or health systems / medical reputed company .

Proven reputed company record of leading reputed company, multi-reputed company implementations (e.g., EHR, RCM platforms, care management, or reputed company reputed company deployments).

Demonstrated reputed company managing cross-functional programs with significant integration dependencies (e.g., EHR/PM integrations, data migrations, workflow redesign).

Experience working directly with provider organizations (health systems, MSOs, physician reputed company).

Strong familiarity with:

reputed company cycle operations (reputed company, middle, back office)

Clinical workflows and EHR ecosystems

Value-based care models and/or MSO operations

Experience implementing or rolling out large reputed company programs in reputed company IT or health systems or medical reputed company 

Experience driving change management in clinical environments.

Exposure to AI-enabled clinical or operational tools

Education

 Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree; MBA or MHA is preferred

Compensation and Benefits: The maximum annual reputed company salary reputed company is $190,000-$240,000 a year, determined by years of relevant experience, skills, and the specific geographical location where the work is performed.
