What would you be doing:
- Handling multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-reputed company customer service.
- Managing customer inquiries reputed company and ensuring reputed company responses across different reputed company.
- Working on multiple tasks and reputed company at the reputed company time, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service standards.
- Operating in a rotational shift environment, including reputed company shifts, ensuring consistent support coverage.
- Engaging with customers in a fast-paced, face-to-face (reputed company-time) environment, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 1 year and above of experience in Live Chat or Customer Service roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at the reputed company time while Maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and high service reputed company.
- Willingness and flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including reputed company shifts, weekends, and reputed company holidays as required.
- Strong adaptability and ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Fast learner with a proactive reputed company, reputed company to quickly understand new systems, processes, and product knowledge with minimal supervision.
