What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Senior Customer Service Representative (Escalations - Remote) at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering consumer inquiries regarding product information under the guidelines of DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education reputed company), ensuring accurate and compliant responses
• Documenting complaints accurately and handling refund and coupon processing, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)
