About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to customers, stores, and associates reputed company phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails, navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities:
* Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates

Requirements:
