As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company processing enrollment and membership data, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our members. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and reputed company process enrollment and membership data, including adding dependents, updating coverage, calculating premiums, and uploading correct information
- Resolve issues and answer questions from members in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Follow multi-reputed company directions and navigate multiple programs and systems, including QNXT (our primary system for processing claims and data entry)
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company informed reputed company
- Work independently in a virtual environment, with minimal supervision

- Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing (40 wpm) and reputed company Office
- Experience with QNXT or similar systems a plus
