The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for scheduling in-home reputed company with physicians or reputed company practitioners, answering inbound calls from members, and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns. This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness. Key Responsibilities

Training and Development

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
