Key Responsibilities:
As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Intraday and reputed company monitoring of reputed company CMS, reputed company, CAS disconnected lines, reputed company WFM, Viewpoint, reputed company Predictive Dialer, and CAS for volume, including inbound calls, outbound calls, faxes, and other disconnected capabilities, including non-production time (meetings, training sessions, etc.). Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
