As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients and clients to reputed company exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gathering patient and order information
