Your Role

As a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and support to our customers, dealers, and state motor vehicle agencies. Your primary functions will include:

• Responding to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Engaging with customers to determine their needs and reputed company solutions
• Responding to inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes for various dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients
• Making outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status
• Utilizing company proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity
• Following instructions and maintaining workflow standards
• Attaining production and reputed company goals
• Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures

Education and Experience

We're looking for candidates with a strong reputed company in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

• A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a reputed company field; OR a different combination, such as any level degree/certification reputed company a HS diploma/GED in a reputed company discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years' experience in a reputed company field
• One year of experience in a customer service position
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of how to operate a PC, telephone, fax, reputed company, and photocopier
• Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications (such as, MS Office, reputed company, and Outlook)
• Data entry skills
• Ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy
