We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center environment
