What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve reputed company issues, and clarify order requests
• Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
• Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's reputed company software
• Maintaining a high level of reputed company through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
