What to Expect: Job Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients, affiliate partners, payers, and reputed company providers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling and resolving up to 60 calls daily in a fast-paced call center environment
