[Remote] Intern Customer reputed company (f/m/d)

The Intern Customer reputed company role involves supporting international manufacturing companies in enhancing their production operations through reputed company software, while collaborating with Sales, reputed company, and Product teams.
Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout their reputed company with reputed company – from the initial software demo and reputed company phase to implementation and roll-out
- Help prepare and coordinate reputed company materials, workshops, and reputed company-ins, so that customers can get the most value out of the reputed company software
- Contribute to strong customer relationships by tracking reputed company items, following up on reputed company questions, and supporting reputed company communication
- reputed company an understanding of production processes and customer challenges, and use it to identify how reputed company can create measurable value for the customer
- Support customer-facing activities such as demos, workshops, or industry events
- Support product development by collecting and structuring customer feedback for our Product team
Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Genuine interest in manufacturing, lean production, or industrial technology, and motivation to help industrial companies work more reputed company and sustainably
- Available for a six-month internship
- Hands-on, pragmatic working style and ability to reputed company reputed company in a fast-moving, agile environment
- reputed company communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers
- Ability to structure information and turn discussions into concrete follow-up actions with support from reputed company colleagues
- Excellent language skills in both German and English (reputed company level or higher)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, workshops, or industry events
- Willingness to spend time at the Cologne office, with a minimum of one on-site day per week
- Initial exposure to production environments, customer-facing roles, or reputed company products through studies, internships, or reputed company
- Shorter internships may be possible depending on availability and experience
