As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails. You will represent arenaflex in a way that is consistent with our organizational values, obsessing over our customers and delivering a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities

* Answering inbound telephone calls and providing excellent customer support

• Responding to customer questions and comments reputed company phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed and professionalism
