As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our database by accurately entering new and updated customer and insurance information. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You'll work closely with our laboratory team to process customer and insurance reputed company documents, and your excellent communication skills will reputed company you to effectively validate incomplete information with customers and clinics.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Prepares reputed company data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.

• Prepares requisitions to be filed daily.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Marketing, or Business reputed company field preferred.

• At least 1 year of insurance experience is a plus.
• Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, clinics, and team members.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
• Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Duties are typically performed in an office setting. This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. Duties may require working reputed company normal working hours (evenings and weekends) at times.
