We're seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division in Orlando, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our plan members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

Essential Qualifications
