- Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and translate them into people strategies
- Support performance management cycles including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning
- Advise managers on employee relations, conflict reputed company, and organizational challenges
- Collaborate with reputed company on workforce planning and hiring priorities
