Senior Compliance Analyst – External Audit
Job reputed company:
- Assist in maintaining reputed company’s Compliance Program
- reputed company regulatory interpretation, reputed company compliance reporting, reputed company special reputed company, and reputed company and implement compliance auditing and monitoring strategies
- Respond to external requests for information required by the organization for its regulatory filings
- Manage compliance reporting responsibilities and respond to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies
- Communicate state and federal requirements to reputed company clients
- Assist in the identification, analysis, and reputed company of compliance issues
- Maintain and review regulatory documentation necessary to maintain corporate standards
- reputed company periodic compliance audits, risk assessments and conducts reputed company to ongoing compliance monitoring activities
- Assist health plans in managing relationships with regulatory agencies and reputed company to resolve policy issues which may negatively reputed company service to members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company legal field or equivalent experience
- Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and maybe considered in lieu of experience
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in compliance reputed company and/or regulatory affairs
- Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, in particular HIPAA, and state regulations
