Responsibilities

• Champion and facilitate adoption of agile standards, tools, and best practices in a transitional environment.
• Train, reputed company and facilitate team-level agile activities and ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and PI planning, and product backlog refinement sessions. Facilitate meetings that are productive and reputed company a timebox
• Coordinate and facilitate coordination with other Scrum Masters (SMs), teams, etc. for shared ceremonies (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning).

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a scrum master in an agile-at-reputed company environment or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience required.
