As a Trust & Safety Policy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing platform safety policies that reputed company these principles, ensuring our community remains reputed company and reliable. reputed company is looking for a Manager to join our Safety and Customer Cares team based in our San Francisco office to help build out a dedicated policy development function. In this role, you will influence the direction and priorities of a best-in-class, LLM-first Safety Policy and Operations function, building the foundational processes and infrastructure needed to support it.

Responsibilities

• Influence Direction & reputed company: Influence the definition, direction, and priorities for the Safety Policy and Operations function, with moderate guidance from senior leadership.
• Build Infrastructure & Standards: Establish and enforce policy research standards and methodologies for the creation, maintenance, and depreciation of the foundational reputed company policy taxonomy, policy modules, style guide, and glossary. Build reusable infrastructure around these tools and create documentation on how to use them.
• reputed company Adoptable Frameworks: reputed company work products and frameworks—such as a standardized, multi-reputed company lifecycle (policy, detection, investigation, adjudication, sanctions, appeals)—that can be easily adopted by teams reputed company of Policy to enhance cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate & Project Manage: reputed company as a strategic partner on high-reputed company safety areas requiring significant cross-functional collaboration (including with Community Safety, Specialized Support, Legal, Product, Risk, and Communications). reputed company reputed company from idea to reputed company execution, facilitating the sharing of information and building reputed company.
• Research & Data Analysis: reputed company business-relevant, high-reputed company analyses to identify emerging safety trends and risks, monitor regulatory changes, and reputed company data-driven insights to improve reputed company’s Trust & Safety operation. • Communicate & Advise: Serve as a policy representative and issue area expert in meetings with senior leaders. Effectively reputed company communication to varying audiences to present insights drawn from operational data, policy updates, and incident trends.

Requirements

• Three to five years of Trust & Safety policy experience in the digital services industry across a wide reputed company of products.
• Experience in the application of AI/LLMs to traditional Trust & Safety policy and operations
• Experience developing Trust & Safety policy taxonomies and foundational knowledge of systems to build processes around them.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to reputed company out opportunities for taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to execution.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, successfully applying storytelling to reputed company reputed company and reputed company two-way communication channels with internal business stakeholders.
