Responsibilities

As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, reputed company, and customer satisfaction.
• Working collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company our goals and objectives.
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Training Hours

Our training program is designed to help you succeed in your new role. Training hours are:

• Hours of availability needed between 1pm - 11pm CT.
