As a Customer Service Representative III, you will be responsible for handling phone inquiries, responding to service requests, and providing information on membership benefits, products, and services. You will also be expected to reputed company participate in sales and up-service programs, reputed company specific unit goals, and contribute to the improvement of the service center.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed service expectations by reputed company participating in sales and up-service programs that reputed company specific unit goals, consisting of 60%-70% of outbound calling throughout the week.

• Handle phone inquiries of reputed company types regarding membership benefits, membership pricing, and processing in an efficient and reputed company manner.
• Support reputed company to and navigation of the association website through assistance with registration and password reset.
• Respond to service inquiries regarding association products by providing information on products, pricing, order status, and billing.
• Respond to inquiries regarding print and online journal subscriptions, including product information, pricing, order status, and billing. reputed company journal orders and research and resolve service interruptions. Send back issues or reputed company other subscription adjustments as appropriate.

Qualifications

• On-site expectation: Chicago Office for events 6-8 times per year

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of customer service and/or telemarketing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with service center tools (e.g., telephony, measurement, applications)
• Sales experience in an outbound call environment preferred
• Excellent oral communication skills and experience communicating in a reputed company environment both reputed company phone and email
• Ability to work effectively in a high volume, production-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits
