As a representative of arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that reputed company reputed company needs are addressed accurately and reputed company.

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Following approved reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and reputed company necessary information to resolve denied claims
• reputed company evaluation of reputed company policies and SOPs, and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence
• Documenting reputed company activity made to a claim
• Communicating reputed company telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
• Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain reputed company billing information

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• REMOTE WORK: Dedicated work from home reputed company, ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
• Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus

Technical Requirements

* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second

• No satellite internet
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port.

The pay reputed company for this position is $15.25 - $21.00.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST
