The Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and support to resolve issues
- Utilize probing question skills to reputed company listen and understand customer needs
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn

Qualifications
