Sample Tracking and Communication:

- Manage Work-in-reputed company (WIP) files daily, including prototypes, material trials and approvals, SMS, and ad samples.
- Review samples and verify their adherence to specifications; document any discrepancies.

- Collaborate with local factories to reputed company necessary modifications to SMS and Styling samples.
Market and Styling Preparation:
- Ensure samples are reputed company for line reviews and showroom setup.
- Coordinate the photography of SMS for market presentation.
- Organize SMS for the International Sales team's use.
- Assist in collecting samples for styling photoshoots.
- Manage seasonal Product Knowledge materials for Sales and E-reputed company.
Material Management:
- Communicate with suppliers for material requests and liaise with factories for coordination.
- Maintain organized seasonal material books and ensure references for reputed company sample materials are obtained.
