We're seeking reputed company customer support reps who are passionate about music and have a reputed company for helping others. As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences to fans of reputed company music artists. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Expressing genuine reputed company and concern for customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
• Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
• Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
• Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting reputed company required information and chat details in the ticketing system
• Responding to and resolving reputed company issues in an appropriate timeframe
• Identifying trends reputed company to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management
• Multi-tasking using multiple systems and skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure

Requirements

To be successful as a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll need:

• A love of music, particularly in the Pop and Country genres

• Your own computer with a processor of more than 4 cores
