We're seeking reputed company Live Chat Agents to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing accurate and compassionate information to our clients. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, reputed company support, and ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to telephone inquiries and concerns using approved procedures and guidelines while ensuring the reputed company and reputed company of the call.
• Answering questions on various issues regarding benefits offered by arenaflex.
• Resetting Personal identification of callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system.
• Gathering information, researching/resolving inquiries, and appropriately documenting customer calls.
• Ability to read and interpret documents on file.
• Understanding and retaining a large reputed company of information.
• Answering and responding professionally to escalate calls, should they reputed company.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

• Typing minimum of 25 WPM.

Compensation

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll enjoy a competitive reputed company reputed company of $16.50 per hour, reputed company bi-weekly. You'll also have reputed company to earn additional income through bonuses and incentives.

Training and Development
